1. Aceptación
Al usar JANA usted acepta estos términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice el servicio.
2. El Servicio
JANA es un asistente personal de inteligencia artificial disponible mediante suscripción mensual. El servicio incluye conversación en lenguaje natural, memoria de sesiones, y acceso desde cualquier dispositivo con navegador web.
3. Período de Prueba y Pago
JANA ofrece un período de prueba de 7 días sin costo. Al finalizar el período de prueba, se realizará un cargo automático de $99 MXN mensuales. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento antes del vencimiento del período de prueba sin cargo.
4. Cancelación y Reembolsos
Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento. No se realizan reembolsos por períodos parciales. Al cancelar, conservará acceso hasta el final del período pagado.
5. Uso Aceptable
Queda prohibido usar JANA para: generar contenido ilegal, hacer daño a terceros, intentar vulnerar la seguridad del sistema, o cualquier actividad que viole las leyes mexicanas o internacionales aplicables.
6. Limitación de Responsabilidad
JANA es una herramienta de asistencia. Las respuestas generadas por IA pueden contener errores. No nos hacemos responsables por decisiones tomadas con base en las respuestas de JANA. El usuario es responsable de verificar información crítica.
7. Modificaciones
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos con 30 días de aviso previo a través de la aplicación.

By using JANA you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
JANA is a personal AI assistant available through monthly subscription. The service includes natural language conversation, session memory, and access from any device with a web browser.
3. Trial Period and Payment
JANA offers a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, a monthly charge of $99 MXN will be applied automatically. You may cancel at any time before the trial period ends without charge.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to use JANA to: generate illegal content, harm third parties, attempt to compromise system security, or any activity that violates applicable Mexican or international laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
JANA is an assistance tool. AI-generated responses may contain errors. We are not responsible for decisions made based on JANA's responses. Users are responsible for verifying critical information.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days prior notice through the application.
